Transforming Hearts is an outreach ministry of a collaborative independent group of coaches, created to transform and empower believers in Christ. Transforming Hearts is dedicated to utilizing the word of God to help people understand who they are in Christ and to achieve the purposes He's set before them. We use the word of God to heal emotional wounds and to dispel the lies that limit a person's full potential. We assist them in discovering and understanding the truth about who they are and what they can do through the power of the Holy Spirit. Transforming Hearts is dedicated to breaking the destructive chains that bind the heart and mind. Just like Jesus, we feel that He has called us to bring these scriptures to life.
